Summary: The study determined the level of awareness and participation in family planning among couples of Sitio Ibabao. The findings of which were the basis for a proposed health teaching. Specifically, it answered the following sub- problems: 1.What is the profile of the respondents in terms of: 1.1 age 1.2 educational attainment and 1.3 number if children? 2. What is the level of awareness of the respondents on family planning? 3. What is the level of participation of the respondents on family planning? 4. Is there a significant relationship between: 4.1 profile and awareness 4.2 profile and participation and 4.3 awareness and participation? 5. Based on the findings of the study, what health teaching can be proposed?
