Summary: About 4 Filipino babies are born every minute, and Philippine population has reached to 89 million according to the survey conducted by the National Statistics Office last 2007. The growing population is alarming considering the present economic status of the country. It would be difficult for the government to deliver efficient and good quality of service to people. The government launched the Family Planning Program as one of the solutions to the growing population of the country. As one of the citizens in this country, we decide to counduct a study entitled: "Perception and Preference on Family Planning Methods" to know what people think of the program and which of the methods do they prefer. The Self- Perception Theory by Daryl J. Bem will be our guide in answering our queries on the topic. The findings would be the basis for a proposed brochure that can be used to support the Family Planning Program of the government. This chapter presents the summary of findings, conclusions and recommendations based on the data gathered.
