Summary: Nursing as a field wherein discipline should be maintained, enhanced, and nurtured for it is a profession which deals with lives of the people has been the choice of most people searching for a good career nowadays.
As seniors of this institution of the college of nursing, we have been through the tough times since we entered the college as freshmen. We have observed, there are really those who have hard time complying with the institution's rule and regulations stipulated in the student's manual. These observations made us wonder and asked ourselves why such errors and offenses were made. Did they not know it is stipulated in the student manual? Were they not aware that there are corresponding penalties and measures to be taken according to the errors and misdemeanors? If they have the knowledge about the rules and regulations, do they comply? These questions triggered the researchers to understand such acts by the students in the institution and come up with this study about the level of knowledge and compliance of the of the nursing students about the student's manual.
