Abstract: SMS Based Student Tracking System will allow the parents to track the children by texting the school's text hotline using the student's ID number. First, parent's cell phone number will be registered in the database so that they can access the student's ID number. Or else, they will receive a message that they are not allowed to get the information of the student. They must follow the format of testing which is space < ID no. >. Or else, they will receive a message an Invalid keyword.
Every time the students tap their unique ID card in the RFID reader it will save in the data base. Its data base will saved the name of student, the floor number where the students are, the time and date where the students last tap the unique ID card in the the RFID reader.
