Registered Micro, Small, and medium enterprises [MSMEs] in Centro, Mandaue City who are using electronic payment experienced challenges. However, this quantitative study aims to assess the micro, small, and medium enterprises owners in using electronic payment in Barangay Centro, Mandaue City, Cebu. The gathered data was analyzed through a survey questionnaire to provide insights into the challenges of using electronic payment for micro, small, and medium enterprise owners. The study contributed to making fundamental insights and knowledge on how to lessen the challenges they are encountering.
