The study aimed to identify and quantify fecal coliforms found in water samples from public deep wells in Barangay Don Juan Climaco Sr., Toledo City. Specifically, the research was conducted to critically evaluate the quality of public deep wells by comparing the bacterial load between the water samples in the selected barangay, and assess the sustainability of the sources for community use.
