A student's life is a valuable period of learning and growth. However, learners still face numerous hurdles. One significant challenge is the financial resources to support education, especially in college. To overcome these difficulties and pursue their dreams, many students decide to work while studying. Researchers are increasingly interested in the holistic well-being of working students because it explores the critical intersection of education, employment, and personal development. This study explored the multifaceted effects of academic and work roles on students at University of Cebu Lapu - Lapu and Mandaue, focusing on dimensions such as physical, social, emotional, mental/intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing.
