Financial management involves the planning and controlling of your money. This includes the creation of a budget, saving, investing, and handling mindful spending. Effective financial goals. The study utilizes a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The respondents were minimum wage earners in Barangay Luz, Cebu City. The study concludes that minimum wage earners have limited financial knowledge and skills, which hinders their ability to manage their finances effectively. The study recommends that financial literacy programs be conducted to help minimum wage earners improve their financial management practices.
