An operational process is a structured method for accomplishing tasks, consisting of planning, preparing, executing, and assessing. It offers benefits like improved goal achievement, higher-quality products, and customer satisfaction, while also maximizing profitability, and preparing for future operations (Frady, 2024). This study aims to assess the operational process of water refilling in Barangay Lahug, Barangay Apas, Barangay Kasambagan, and Barangay Talamban in Cebu City, Philippines. The results of this study will serve as the basis for formulating the proposed operational plan.
