"In today's highly competitive business environment, organizations strive to create an inclusive and fair workplace that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity (Findler et al., 2007). However, concerns about fairness in organizations are widespread, with noticeable inequalities in the motorcycle sector and various Filipino workplaces. This study seeks to determine the perception of distributive and procedural justice among employees at Du Ek Sam, Inc. Tabok Branch and construct a proposed employee development plan consisting of specific actions that the company can take to improve fairness in the workplace.

Using a descriptive survey research deign, this study assessed the employees' perceptions of distributive and procedural justice at Du Ek Sam, Inc., Tabok Branch. Out of the forty (40) workers at the branch, there were thirty-six (36) sample size as determined using the Z-score formula that was chosen using the simple random sampling technique. The researcher-made survey questionnaire had undergone a dry-run procedure with the use of Cronbach's Alpha and had the result of 0.9. The data gathered were subjected to statistical treatment using the frequency count and simple percentage, weighted mean, and Chi-square of Independence. The researchers adhered to the principles of beneficence, non-maleficence, justice and autonomy throughout the conduct of the study.

The findings revealed that majority of the respondents were male and received a monthly income of P10, 000.00- P20, 000.00, while more of them were 29-34 years old, promoter and mechanic, and had graduated college. The distributive and procedural justice was practiced at the Du Ek Sam, Inc. Tabok Branch to the moderate extent. It was found out that there is a significant relationship between the profile of the respondents and the Du Ek Sam, Inc. Tabok Branch level of distributive and procedural justice. This result suggests that Du Ek Sam, Inc.'s current approaches to fairness in resource distribution and decision-making may not be experienced similarly across their workforce. Without understanding these varying perceptions, Du Ek Sam, Inc. might miss opportunities to refine their practices and create a more positive and equitable work environment for everyone." --Abstract
