The contents of the book deal with the theoretical and practical aspects of the course. It is divided into units of activities where active participation of the students is emphasized.
It is the aim of this book to fill the needs of Physical Education teachers for instructional materials in recreational activities and team sports. All the works cited are listed and acknowledged in the bibliography.
