This study seeks to answer the following questions: 1. What is the respondents profile in terms of : 1.1 Courses that they graduated 1.2 Subjects areas that they taught with? 1.3 School were they graduated? 2. What is the respondents' perception on the job climate of University of Cebu- Banilad? 3. Based on the findings of the study what recommendation may be proposed?
