Summary: This study is based on the Clinical Information System of Juana Family Clinic. It mainly focuses on tracking patient health records which involve admitting new and old patients' record, adding and updating its records discharging processes in order to have a computerized system. The Clinical Information System must be secured to avoid discrepancies and duplication of records.
Other areas like inventory and internal medicine specialty will not be covered and remain as they are. Other factors that would affect the processes of the system will be identified as one of the limitations.
