Summary: The objective of this study is to propose a system that will fasten the retrieval of the patient's record and prevent the hassle of keeping these records on the cabinet but instead keep it on the database. Since, there are instances that patient's record will be lost or damaged.
Keeping track of patient's consultation history is also one of the objectives that this study aims. A patient's history could include a series of consultations in which the doctor needs to keep track of the patient's history record.
Moreover, this study includes security in accessing the patient's record by providing accounts that users will use for transactions.
Generally, this aims to propose a system that will automate manual processing and transactions that only includes pediatric services offered by the clinic.
