Summary: The system entitled as "E-BUS: Online ticketing and seat reservation system" is an internet based online reservation process which enables users, both the bus operators and the customers to book a bus an operation tool for bus operator to help then with their operations. Traditionally, bus ticket purchase has been over the over in bus terminals, however, today as the technology continue to evolve with the rapid expansion of e-commerce. Thus, before, developing the system, this study also addresses the problems encountered by the passengers and the bud operators. This web application also provides facility to book a bus ticket online. The bus operator have the privilege to view, add, and delete information and generate reports to help them with their operations. The customer can register, login and book a bus ticket and print ticket.
