Summary: Each semester is a fresh start and course offerings are completely remade. Developing course plans to accommodate student enrollment needs has a recurring task of department heads and has never been easy. This paper aims to create an online scheduling model timetabling tasks which addresses academic of department heads responsibilities of establishing correct faculty teaching loads. The scheduling model is articulated to allow the defining of teaching assignments to the tome slot system by applying knowledge based approach, appropriate heuristic functions and rule sets to load correct courses to faculty; and to allow a search for the best slot on multiple feasible slots within the decision-support framework. Decision support framework facilities administrative priorities to resolve conflicts on slots representing deviations from the assignment criteria.
