Summary: With the understanding of microbial disease is an appreciation of the tremendous adaptive plasticity of microbes. It means that there is no real prospect for a world free from microbial diseases either those of man or of plants and other animals. Through this understanding of microbial disease we are challenge by its effect on man thus encouraged us to make further research on typhoid fever particularly on its incidence.
