Summary: This research evaluated the satisfaction perceived by BSBA 1st year students on UC Banilad's canteen services, food quality and pricing for the school year 2010-2011 of which the results and findings will serve as their basis for improvement. Specifically,this research aims to answer the following inquiries presented hereunder: 1. What is the profile of the rrespondents according to: 1.1 sex 1.2 age 2. Where do BSBA 1st year students usually eat their lunch or snacks? 3. What is the level of customer's satisfaction based on: 3.1 canteen services 3.2 food quality 3.3 pricing 4. Based on the comments of the respondents, what are the things that the canteen needs to improve?
