Summary, etc Summary: Curfew laws restrict the presence of teenagers in public during specified hours on a continuing basis. Opponents of curfew laws doubt their effectiveness and charge that they violate important civil rights and inevitably result in discriminatory enforcement against minority youth. The findings serve as basis in designing the propose output which help the teenagers for the next generation. This study used the descriptive correlation design. This study was conducted at the Barangay Banilad, Mandaue City with teenagers as the research respondents. The sampling technique used was the systematic random sampling. The research produced starts from gathering of data where transmittal letters were addressed to the campus Director, Dean of the College of Criminology, Barangay Captains of Banilad and Pulpogan and the respondents. The researcher -made questionnaire was utilized to gather data regarding the respondents' individual, family, social, and health importance to determine whether they agreed or disagreed the importance of curfew. The questions will not determine if the certain teenager agreed, but it merely determine the importance of curfew. The research considered 141 teenagers as respondents. Based on the findings, it was concluded that the teenagers conceded with the individual, family, social, and health importance of the curfew. The findings also showed that the teenagers need to engage to an enhancement through the action plan. The positive result will indicate that there is no need to propose another program that will substitute the importance of curfew in supporting the teenagers.
