520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc Abstract: This system will help enhance the issuance of traffic violation and the transmission. This device will be used by the enforcers when issuing traffic violations to the traffic violators. The ETVCS is having a three menu: The Add Entry, View Entry, and Delete Entry. In Add Entry, the traffic enforcer will input the violator's name, license number, plate number of the used vehicle, the violation committed, and the date. In View Entry, all the violations stored in the ETVCS will be viewed. In Delete Entry, all the stored violations will be deleted. But before you can delete it, the ETVCS will prompt for a password. After the correct password is entered, all the stored violations will be deleted. This Proposed system will used a RS232 to USB cable. The cable will be used to connect the ETVCS to the database (computer). When the ETVCS is already connected to the database, the stored violation will be transmitted and a customized program made in the computer will receive and store the entries.
