Summary, etc Resilience is necessary to bounce back with life challenges. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the level of stress and the level of resilience among the academic scholars of University of Cebu Banilad as a basis for psychoeducation infographics in enhancing resilience.

A descriptive-correlational design was employed to this study. A random sample of 243 participants was selected using the Slovin's Formula. The research was conducted at University of Cebu Banilad. This study utilized modified research questionnaires to assess the academic scholars' stress and resilience levels. The results that were gathered by the respondents are analyzed using weighted mean, frequency, Chi-square, and Pearson R.

The findings revealed moderate levels of stress and resilience among participants. No significant association was found between demographic factors (age, gender, college course) and stress/resilience. A weak positive correlation was found between stress and resilience levels of the respondents and it is most likely other unexplored factors have influence over this matter. A proposed psychoeducation infographics about enhancing resilience was created.
