Summary, etc Restaurant dining is becoming increasingly popular within the hospitality sector. When customers opt for dining in, they encounter a wide array of choices, spanning fast- food establishments, casual dining venues, fine-dining restaurants, and many others. Customers often rely on their past knowledge and experiences to guide their selection of a dining venue. On occasion, customers may find themselves compelled to make a deliberate choice. The study was conducted to determine the customer's dine-in motivations in Chika- an sa Cebu, in Cebu City, as the basis for formulating a marketing intervention plan.<br/><br/>This study utilized the descriptive-correlational research design with a researcher- made survey questionnaire to gather data and a frequency count and simple percentage. This study was conducted at Chika-an sa Cebu, in Cebu City, with five (5) branches. There were two hundred eighty-six (286) respondents in all Chika-an sa Cebu branches who are diners in the restaurant. The following statistical analyses were carried out: percentage, weighted mean, and chi-square of independence.<br/><br/>The respondents' age group was young adults 22-25 years old. More of the respondents are females and college level. In addition, the respondents from Chika-an sa Cebu, in Cebu City, from five (5) branches were highly motivated in terms of food quality, service quality, and economic Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between the profile of the respondents and their responses regarding their dine-in motivations in Chika- an sa Cebu, in Cebu City. Chika-an sa Cebu restaurant features Cebuano cuisine. Diners enjoy the ambiance of an old Filipino home across the country. The service in the mentioned establishment enhances the overall dining experience, whether it's through making menu recommendations, considering particular food preferences, or just smiling warmly. While delivering outstanding value for the quality received, the restaurant balances its costs despite providing high-quality cuisine and service, making it a desirable option for those looking for a memorable meal and reasonable affordability.<br/>
