"Although, this book discusses some grounds for the nullity of marriage, like bigamous marriages for instance, these are included for us to have a bird's eye view of the void marriages, which can be linked to psychological incapacity. The psychological incapacity itself is as complex as its clinical bases, that is why the framers of the Family Code opted not to give definition to it as will somehow limit its scope and thereby confining psychological incapacity to its own prison cell. Had it been defined, that would have closed the doors to other clinical bases that can be considered as potential psychological incapacity in the future." --Preface |
