Beach resorts are crucial to local communities because they create job opportunities and support the building of vital infrastructure. However, there are still circumstances of loss of jobs, livelihood, and income of the local communities due to the sudden closure of the beach resorts. This study assessed the contribution of beach resorts in Medellin, Cebu, to formulate a position paper. |
