Summary: The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between emotional intelligence and the programming performance among selected Information Technology (IT) students of University of Cebu- Banilad Campus first semster of school year 2005-2006.<br/>Specifically, this study seeks answers to the following questions:<br/>1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:<br/>1.1 Emotional Intelligence<br/>1.2 Programming performance<br/>2. Is there a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the programming performance of a student?<br/>3. What recommendations may be proposed to improve programming performance of the respondents. |
