Summary, etc Summary: Proper management of a destination is of great significance because it will provide good quality of services that will give satisfaction to guest. People often travel to fulfill their needs satisfactory. It is important to understand that people will be satisfied base on the delivery of the products and services. This study assessed the level of customer satisfaction on the maintenance, safety and customer service in Rainforest Park Cebu.<br/>This study utilized the descriptive-correlation survey method in gathering data from 60 respondents who visited the rainforest park Cebu. There were 29 males and 31 females that were aged between 15-40 years old. The investigation utilized simple percentage, weighted mean and chi-square test independence.<br/>Findings revealed that the majority of the respondents were single, 21-25 years old, and female. The respondents were highly satisfied with the customer service provided by the staff and they were satisfied with the maintenance of the facilities and safety and security in the area. There was no significant relationship between the profile of the respondents and customer level of satisfaction. Therefore, the null hypothesis was accepted.<br/>So there should be a firm establishment of rules ad regulations in Rainforest Park Cebu regarding the safety of the tourists and upkeep maintenance of animal cages.
