Summary, etc Summary: This thesis investigated the concept of Police Practices for Public Health and Morals within Cebu City especially in Barangay Lahug, Sitio Apas. Moreover, this study examined the application of Police Practices for the Promotion of Public Health and Morals, as currently there were few writings on how the Police, Barangay officials and the BPSO addressed this issues. The objective of this thesis was to evaluate whether the organizations on the chain of command put in place for the Promotion of Public Health and Morals.<br/>The study used the descriptive-correlational design. The study was conducted in at the Barangay Apas with the Police officers, Barangay officials, and the BPSO as the research respondents. One hundred respondents were chosen through convenience sampling. The researcher-made questionnaire was utilized to gather data regarding the respondents' practices in the promotion of public health and morals. Data were treated using simple percent, weighted mean, and chi-square test o independence.<br/>The findings revealed the majority of the respondents were within 44-50 years old, male, married, and high school graduate. In the overall, the respondents moderately agreed to the provisions on the police practices for public health and morals. Moreover, the respondents indicated that the lacked of training and capacity to implement and lacked of support from the other agency concerned were the constraints in the promotion of public health and morals. Furthermore, the profile of the respondents such as age, gender, and the highest educational attainment had significant relationship with their level of practices for public health and morals.<br/>
