Summary, etc Summary: The Barangay Justice System was designed primarily based on the Filipino values of cooperation, comradeship and sympathy, virtues which help maintain smooth interpersonal relationships and preserve peace and harmony within the family and the people in the community. Effective Administration of Justice of the Barangay Justice System was one of the primary mission of every Barangay they establish an effective administration of justice among its residents. By achieving this mission requires a remarkably high compliance level of the Lupong Tagapamayapa from the system.<br/>The comparison of the compliance to the producers in settling disputes as provided for by laws that affected the performance of the two Katarungang Pambarangay, or otherwise known as the Barangay Justice System, and will result to effective administration of justice in the barangay level specifically the settlement of disputes with less cases endorsed of Lupong Tagapamayapa of two Barangay justice system in settling disputes. Specifically, this study also determined the profile of the respondents and their level of compliance of the Lupong Tagapamayapa upon complying the procedures, rules and in settling disputes. A cross-sectional descriptive-correlative method was utilized. A researcher made questionnaire was used in gathering data. A total of fifty (50) respondents with twenty-five (25) residents in Barangay Apas and twenty-five (25) residents in Barangay Pulangbato were considered through random sampling.<br/>Based on the findings, majority of the residents profile in Barangay Apas in terms of age; age bracket of 30-39 (40%), gender; male equivalent to (64%); civil status; married equivalent to (68%) and highest educational attainment; high school graduate (40%), while the majority of the residents of the Barangay Pulangbato profile in terms of age; age bracket 40-49 (40%) gender; female equivalent to (56%); civil status; married (76%) and highest educational attainment; college level equivalent to (36%). Barangay Apas and Barangay Pulangbato have a highly compiled in regards with their degree of compliance of the Lupong Tagapamayapa vis-à-vis their guidelines of functions upon complying the procedures, rules and in settling disputes were effectively implemented based on the evaluation and assessment on the gathered data.
