A cross sectional descriptive- correlative method was utilized. A total of eighty nine (89) pedestrian respondents were considered through systematic random sampling. This study was conducted at Talamban Gym Cebu City. A researcher- made questionnaire was used in data gathering. Simple percent, weighted mean, chi- square, and Cramer's V were computed for treatment of data. Considering the findings, majority of the pedestrians profile in terms of age ranges from 18-35 with the frequency of 60 and is equivalent to 0.67% gender; female with the frequency of 47 and is equivalent to 0.52% and civil status; single with the frequency of 47 and is equivalent to 0.52%. Pedestrians encountered reckless drivers always. There is no significant relationship to their level of experiences on reckless drivers. The study concluded that reckless drivers are one of the causes of accidents in the street.
