A cross sectional descriptive- correlative method was utilized. A total of eighty nine (89) pedestrian respondents were considered through systematic random sampling. This study was conducted at Talamban Gym Cebu City. A researcher- made questionnaire was used in data gathering. Simple percent, weighted mean, chi- square, and Cramer's V were computed for treatment of data. Considering the findings, majority of the pedestrians profile in terms of age ranges from 18-35 with the frequency of 60 and is equivalent to 0.67% gender; female with the frequency of 47 and is equivalent to 0.52% and civil status; single with the frequency of 47 and is equivalent to 0.52%. Pedestrians encountered reckless drivers always. There is no significant relationship to their level of experiences on reckless drivers.
