The improvement of influencing efforts of the social institutions towards social responsibility through social media and T.V. programs and inter- cooperation through crime reporting platforms. The study utilized descriptive- correlational method using researcher- made questionnaire. Eighty respondents were in the research process conduced at University of Cebu- Banilad Campus. The questionnaire is designed to determine the willingness of the respondents to procatively participate in the administration of justice through Criminal Justice System. According to the study, 98% of respondents are proactive in showing a good example to their younger brothers and sisters in teaching them to understand the importance of justice and fairness. Furthermore, 32% of the respondents are not willing to disclose all factual information they have to the investigating law enforcement agency. In the course of justice administration, stakeholders of he community pay an indispensable role in the achievement of the interest of justice.
