This administrative program was conceived to help the labor courts in the speedy disposition of labor disputes. This study is a quantitative and qualitative research. In the determination of the resolution rates of the "RFA'S" a quantitative research method was used. This study examined the resolution rates of labor disputes in DOLE Region 7.
