Summary: Summary: This study measures the speaking ability of the 2nd year criminology students in the University of Cebu- Banilad Campus of the year 2010-2011. Descriptive and Evaluative- the method used in this study. The study contains information about the Speaking Ability of the 2nd year Criminology Students. The findings of the study; most of the respondents are 17-19 years old; most of the respondents are male; most the respondents are single; all of the respondents are 2nd year Criminology students. The Speaking Ability of the respondents was found that their eye contact is their weakness. The researchers conclude that the population of the 2nd year Criminology students has a good level in terms of speaking ability. The researchers also conclude that the results from the given data and solutions from the chi square in which the researchers should have to accept that there is no significant difference between the age and the gender of the said respondents. The researchers recommend that the module with the aim to improve their eye contact and to the future researcher, replicate the present researcher's study for the 3rd year Criminology students to know what will be their problem aside from the eye contact and for the respondents, the researchers will provide a module with regards to the eye contact and give them seminar.
