Summary: Summary: The study ascertained the student nurses adherence on institutional policies and procedures. Specifically, the study answered queries on the profile of the respondents with regards to the age, gender, and year level. The study adopted the descriptive-correlational design. The respondents of the study were the 400 nursing students of University of Cebu-Banilad using convenient sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire derived from the institutional policies and procedures stipulated in the student's manual was utilized and distributed to the respondents. Majority of the respondents were 16-19 years old, female, level IV students. The specific components in disciplinary procedures which gained the highest weighted mean was when the respondents does not forge signatures (ex. CI's signature) since the student will be eliminated or expelled or asked to withdraw, after due process. There was a significant relationship on age and year level towards adherence on institutional processes, however, there was no significant relationship on gender and adherence on institutional policies and procedures. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers strongly recommend the following: 1. Implementation of the proposed action plan. 2. Further studies are conducted in line with the implementation of institutional policies and procedures in University of Cebu Campuses.
