This study utilized a descriptive-correlational design. A total pf one hundred fifty (150) respondents were considered through systematic random sampling. This study was conducted outside the UC-Banilad Campus. A researcher made questionnaire was used in data gathering. Simple percent, weighted mean, chi-square, and Cramer's V were computed for treatment of data. The findings revealed that majority of the respondents within the age of 18-19 years old with the frequency of 100 and is equivalent to 66.7%. Female respondents perceive that the jaywalking prevention program indicated has been implemented at an above average level. Respondents constituted with the frequency of 76 and are equivalent to 50.7%. There is no significant relationship between the age, gender, and their perception in the implementation of jaywalking prevention program in Gov. Cuenco Avenue, Banilad Cebu City.
