Abstract: One of the most vital challenges that confronted the service industry (e.g., hotels) is motivating employees (Gunlu et al., 2010). As explained by Islam and Saha (2016), exposing employees to better facilities and a supportive work environment manifest higher levels of job satisfaction. The essential aspects that ensure job satisfaction include salary, work efficiency, fringe benefits, supervision, and relationship among co-workers. This study aimed to determine how satisfied the HRM graduates of the University of Cebu-Banilad with their respective jobs. The researchers used a descriptive research design and utilized convenience sampling. The researchers used a research-made questionnaire in gathering the data of the 47 HRM graduates of the University of Cebu-Banilad 2017-2018. In analyzing the data, simple percentages, weighted median, and Chi-Square were utilized. The data were collected, processed, analyzed, and interpreted. The findings show that most of the respondents were male and are 21-23 years of age. The null hypothesis got rejected since there was a significant relationship between the profile and the workplace measures on job satisfaction. Overall, the respondents were satisfied with their work regarding the working condition, salary, relationship with co-worker, and career growth. The researchers proposed a promotional plan to create and maintain a probable impact on job satisfaction and success to create a caring and helpful climate for a diverse community for both employees and employers.
