This research paper talks about the challenges of online classes and how this burdens students and teachers alike. This research papers aims to assess the different challenges the HRM students experience during online classes in a particular university. Most people know that the online world or internet world isn’t perfect; there are always bugs, glitches, errors, and other problems. The online class is directly affected by these problems. This research paper’s goal is to determine the challenges of online class to prevent these problems from happening or, at the very least, to lessen the issue. This research paper concluded that the challenges mentioned in this paper are highly challenging and that most people experience during online classes. One of the main challenges of online classes is the communication between students and teachers and vice versa. The result of this study was expected because most people already know that the main problem of being online is. Thus, this research paper just specifies these problems, mainly targeting online class challenges.
