This research sought to find information that provides the effect of age discrimination in the workplace and how they deal with it. The study utilized the qualitative type of research in an experimental design to explore the experiences of the elderly who have undergone age discrimination in the workplace. Through interviews, the data were obtained from respondents of different jobs ages 60 to 70 experienced age discrimination in their workplace. Analysis of data was made using the thematic analysis method based on the given statements of the interviewed informants. The findings showed that elderlies who experienced discrimination in a workplace focus more on their job by being consistent with their work and adjusting to any circumstances they may experience. There were six common themes extracted from the study, (1) Treated differently, (2) Lack of appreciation, (3) Level of competitiveness, (4) Catch up with younger workers, and lastly (5) Acceptance and using it as motivation, (6) Bridging the gap, this conclusion points to how age discrimination affects elderlies with regards to their work physically and mentally.
