This refers to whether or not online education has been of great benefits and contributes as effectively as traditional learning methods. Create strategies to improve the platform and create possibilities for the online education system to develop and achieve all of the positive results. This study is composed of seven questions on how the informants react to online class platforms. Based on the findings, the researchers gathered seven main themes from each five identified significant meanings: 1: Technical Obstacles; 2: Free will start during Online Classes; 3: Qualify and Graduate Driven Motivation; Theme: 4 Honest Expectations of Students; Theme 5: The Essence of Communication; Theme 6: Impacts of Time Management; and Theme 7: Online Classes Realistic Effects to Students.
