Blended learning modality is what we now embrace after the post COVID 19 pandemic. This research studied the correlation between education student's demographic profiles and academic performance. The proposed intervention seminar entitled "Pathways to Success: Improving Academic Outcomes Across Demographics" will help students learn about the best practices on how to build a solid and positive foundation for the future, including how to develop good study habits to strengthen their skills and discuss how to maintain an appropriate balance between studies and personal life while maintaining strong academic performance, as well as how to remain focused and get ready for academic activities regardless of demographic factors.
