In conclusion, the findings showed that customers strongly agreed on the personal and psychological aspects. In terms of personal, this indicates that they were influenced by the restaurant's reasonable prices for its menu items, convenient location, and excellent maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene. Regarding the psychological factor, the outcome reveals an alternative taste of the chicken compared to other restaurants that serve unlimited wings. This suggests that, compared to other Unlimited Wings restaurants, they believe that Wingers Unlimited's chicken is the best in terms of flavor and food quality. It shows how much customers value the variety of flavors accessible, such as french fries, ice cream, and other foods offered. Furthermore, by understanding and acknowledging these precursors, customers and the establishment can engage in more meaningful and fulfilling interactions, creating a harmonious balance at Wingers Unlimited Restaurant in Cebu.
