Companies need to retain customers and gain their loyalty. Due to the pressure of competition and the diversity of consumer wants, many firms find it difficult to achieve the objective of customer happiness. This study was conducted to determine customer satisfaction with The Park Social Resto-Bar in Cebu City. The findings of this study served as the foundation for a proposed action plan. The study utilized a descriptive-correlational research design using a self- administered questionnaire (SAQ), which gathered the data from the respondents in an in- depth and unbiased manner. The research respondents were one hundred sixteen (116) local customers who dine at The Park Social Resto Bar, Cebu IT Park and were in the age bracket of 18-45 years old. The researchers utilized both random cluster sampling and convenience sampling concurrently, selecting respondents based on their readiness and willingness to take part in the study. The research instrument used in gathering data was a researcher- designed questionnaire that had undergone pilot testing to ascertain its functionality and reliability. For data analysis, weighted mean, Chi-square test of independence, and SPSS software were used. The findings revealed that most of Park Social's customers were in the 18-24 age bracket, mostly single, and the majority of them were college graduates. Further, the findings show that the customers of Park Social were highly satisfied in terms of facility maintenance, food and beverages, service, sanitation, and safety. To conclude, the study found a significant relationship between the customers' age, civil status, and educational attainment and their satisfaction with The Park Social Resto-Bar in Cebu City.
