This situation motivated the researchers to determine further factors influencing health-conscious individuals' preferences and decisions when purchasing healthy foods and meals. This research is entitled Food Dietary Preferences of Health-conscious Consumers at Soul Sierra, Busay. Cebu City. In this research, scholars explored the relationship between the soaring frequency of Filipinos who continuously practice healthier lifestyles and preferences and the food dietary preferences of health-conscious customers at Soul Sierra, Busay. Cebu City. This study provides practical insight into various restaurant establishments and helps map the factors influencing customers' preferences and decisions when purchasing health and wellness food products. The researchers provided a researcher- made survey questionnaire that is divided into two parts that would answer the variables: (1) the respondent's demographic profile: age, lifestyle such as eating habits, sleeping habits, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, food dietary preferences, and the respondent's purpose in maintaining healthy diets; and (2) factors that influence the health-conscious consumers' food dietary preferences-menu, price, nutritional value, and ingredient quality. The researchers utilized a quantitative research design, specifically descriptive correlational research. Furthermore, the researchers found that health-conscious consumers were highly influenced by creative menus, reasonable prices, excellent product quality and taste, and the nutritional value contained in a restaurant, all valuable factors for health- conscious consumers to consider while buying healthy and wellness food meals. Moreover,there is no significant relationship between the respondent's demographic profile responses and the food dietary preferences of health-conscious consumers in Soul-Sierra, Cebu City. In conclusion, health-conscious customers at Soul Sierra, Busay. Cebu City agreed that being health-conscious leads to the belief that one's healthy lifestyle is related to the decision-making process in selecting healthy food options.
