So, the employer has a direct interest in making it as safe and efficient as possible. That is why any investment in safety measures is a useful investment for the employer. The level of safety depends on the health and working ability of employees and affects the productivity within the company, which is reflected at the national level in the amount of national income. At the same time, better protection of health at work and reduction of the number of injuries at work, occupational and other diseases. It will reduce the burden on social security funds, which is directly reflected in the amount of these funds based on contributions from the national budget. Therefore, the health and workability of employees depend on the level of safety, and thus the productivity in the company, but also the working ability of the population at the national level, which ultimately affects the national income and standard of all citizens.
