The flourishing laundry industry in the Philippines is driven by the country's growing urbanization, busy workforce, and popular tourism, all of which increase demand for time-saving services. However, obstacles in managing laundry businesses, encompassing planning, leading, organizing, and controlling practices, persist. Thus this quantitative study aims to assess the extent to which these management functions are utilized within the industry. The findings will contribute to understanding how extensively these functions are integrated into daily operations, potwentially identifying areas for further enhancement if necessary.
