Cost management is an essential and crucial element for the success of a buffet restaurant. Cost management helps restaurants maintain profitability, ensure financial stability, and deliver customer value. This study determined the cost management system adopted by selected buffet restaurants in Cebu City. The proposed strategic digest on cost management can aid the buffet restaurant in structuring strategies to address cost budgeting, cost control, and cost evaluation.
