This paper analyses the relationship of saving objectives and practices to the information on the profile, transactional saving, precautionary saving, and long-term goal saving. This paper utilized descriptive correlational method with a researcher's-made survey questionnaire to obtain information about saving objectives and practices. The sample comprised of 289 BPO employees and this study was conducted in IT Park, Cebu City.
