Family planning is crucial for individuals and couples to achieve their desired number of children and to space and time their births. Comprehensive knowledge about contraceptive methods, reproductive health, and informed decision-making is central to effective family planning. Unfortunately, there is a significant prevalence of inadequate knowledge on family planning across diverse populations worldwide. This lack of understanding often leads to unintended pregnancies, unsafe abortions, and adverse maternal and child health outcomes. This study aimed to assess the level knowledge of family planning methods among couple in a Cebu City barangay.
