The researchers explore the method and technique of creating a new type of vinegar from local bananas using evergreen banana meat and distilled water. Cebu' Philippines, is quite abundant in bananas; the warmer the temperature, the faster bananas ripen. In line with this, some studies related to the bananas in developing vinegar. The result would help farmers, consumers, and locals to utilize bananas in developing an innovative product.
