The oversight of a business's inventory, which includes the manufacturing, ordering, storing, and selling of goods in the marketplace, is known as inventory management. Businesses may determine which goods to order, in what quantities, and when with the use of inventory management. It keeps track of inventories from the point of acquisition to the point of sale. This study determines the inventory management practices of micro-scale trading businesses in selected barangays of Mandaue City, Philippines.
