For several decades, Cebu's Business Process Outsourcing [BPO] industry has played a crucial role in boosting the local economy, providing employment, and contributing to overall economic growth. However, despite the industry's significant contribution, many employees in this sector face challenges in achieving their financial goals, particularly regarding saving. This study employed a descriptive-correlational research design to investigate the saving goals and practices of business process outsourcing (BPO) enployees in Cebu, specifically in Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.
